As moms we have so much on our plates. We work (if you stay at home believe me I know you put in plenty of work), we take care of the kids, and we try to take care of ourselves. Unfortunately self care often becomes last on the list of things to do. Is it our fault or are there just not enough options that take parenting into account? Also, is it really self-care if you're running yourself into the ground trying to do it? For some moms getting up at 5:00 am to work out, or going for a run after the kids are in bed, works. For others, we just need another option that fits into our life as it is. Phia is here to offer some of those options for the busy moms of Gloucester!
Mommy and Me Fitness
Wednesdays 10:00 - 11:00 am
Moms and their kids (ages 0-3) will have a blast dancing to fun music in this energetic fitness class. For the moms each class will include body weight movements such as crunches, lunges, and push-ups with a fun twist that gets the kids involved. Children who can not sit up on their own should come in their car seat for easy mobility. We have a separate, comfortable area available for breastfeeding mothers to nurse. Bring water, towel, your little one, and your sense of humor!
Tuesdays 5:30 - 6:30 pm
Fridays 9:00 - 10:00 am

You will receive a text confirmation that your child has been signed up.The first time you bring your child for child care you will have to fill out some paperwork so allow for extra time before your class begins.
Our staff does not change diapers or give bottles so please bring your child freshly changed and fed. If your child needs a diaper change, or is inconsolable for more than 10 minutes our staff will come to get you from your class. Non-peanut snacks are allowed for older children.
There is a maximum of five childcare slots open during each class. Slots are first come, first serve.
